Love Will Come to You! Max is a 2 year old Mountain Dog mix with smokey topaz eyes that have a wisdom in them. He is timid with new people but has a calm energy about him that is attractive and comforting even to our anxious dogs. He is looking out at the world today with eyes of experience, but still of hope, looking for the family to provide him the love he yearns for. Although uncertain at first, Max is a dear when he warms. He loves to give hugs and enjoys nothing more than being close to his people. Max is intelligent, soulful and special. He is a smart pup who likes to learn and is totally willing to follow your lead. He is looking for a partner through thick and thin who will provide him with the security and stability he desires. Max would do well with a social dog who can help him build trust with people. In return he can provide gentle companionship, respectful play and calm energy.
