A Little Bit Stronger! This big, handsome hunk of a guy is Moose. He's a one year old pit bull terrier mix that came to PAWS from a local animal control. He is a bit shy at first, but is making progress in making new friends. PAWS often helps dogs like Moose who need a little extra to build their confidence through training time, play time and lots of positive interactions with new people. Moose is an energetic pup who would benefit from lots of active time and a little work on his manners. He is a strong boy who can throw his weight around a bit and get a little mouthy. He would benefit from someone willing to put a little time into his training and discipline. Because of this, he would do best in an adult home or home with older children. Moose shows positive interest in other pups and would probably make another large, energetic pup a good play partner. He would also benefit from the company of a social and confident pup to help show him the ropes. Moose is looking forward to weekend hikes, a little adventure and training time. He also enjoys being really close to his people and would make a good cuddle buddy. He will be available to be seen after seeing PAWS' vet, but we are accepting applications for him now.
