When he warms he is sweet, playful and energetic. Max came to PAWS from a local animal control, but originally hails from the state of Texas. He has been through a lot and would do well with an experienced adult family willing to give him time to decompress. Max is smart and eager to learn. He would benefit from an active family willing to work on his manners and training. Max has lots of energy and would be a great partner for a good run on the beach, a long evening walk or weekend outings.
