Looking For You! This sweet and goofy boy is Maxwell. He's a one year old Doberman that came to PAWS from a local animal control. Maxwell is full of enthusiasm, energy and always ready to make a new friend. He knows some basic commands, is ready to learn some new skills and would benefit from the mental stimulation. He is a strong dog who might be best for an adult home or home with older children due to his eagerness. Maxwell would be a perfect fit for a home with working dog experience willing to keep him active and engaged. He does seem to like other dogs and would probably be a good fit for a home with another large, energetic pup. He currently has an abscess on his head, likely from an old injury, that is being treated with antibiotics. He is awaiting his neuter surgery, but can be seen now and is available for foster-to-adopt. This handsome boy is a real gem who's simply going to shine with someone willing to give him the time, attention and training that he deserves.
