Scratch My Belly: ADOPTED! Frank came to us from a local animal control and had to wait a bit at PAWS while he worked on his social skills and training. Today it obviously all paid off, because he was ADOPTED! As you can see he could hardly contain his excitement. Frank went home with a PAWS' volunteer, who we know will provide a patient and loving home. He will share his home with a canine sister and is up for lots of playtime, squeaky toys and cuddling galore!
