Lots of Love to Give! Joy is a 6 year old English Bulldog that came to PAWS as an owner surrender. She was reported to have some separation anxiety in the home, but we have not seen that at PAWS. Someone would have to be willing to work with her should that arise in a home. Joy is a sweet and happy girl who really enjoys being close to her people. She's got the cutest compact shape and is sure to capture your heart with her corner on cuteness. Joy does prefer to be the only dog in the home, but will be a devoted only dog. Pursuit of Happiness! What could be better than a good walk, a little getaway and time spent with a friend? Maddie is a 1.5 year old medium terrier mix who's been waiting with us for a bit, and we're not quite sure why. She took a trip to a local park with her Volunteer Buddy, and a good time was had by all. Her Volunteer Buddy had this to say about her: Maddie was awesome on our outing!!! Great in the car, on the walk, everything! Maddie came to PAWS from a local animal control where she had been surrendered by her family for having too much energy. We find that Maddie is really just a medium energy girl who needs average exercise and stimulation. She would benefit from daily walks, puzzle toys and training time. She is a smart, attentive and social girl who would be great for class time, but would also enjoy some one on one time with you. Maddie enjoys the company of other dogs and would probably be fine sharing a home with a canine buddy. Maddie has represented PAWS at outside events and has been friendly with everyone. You've Got A Friend in Me! Terrific Tiny is an adorable and social 3 year old hound mix that has been waiting a bit to find his new best friend. He's a happy, enthusiastic and intelligent boy that will make someone a great life partner. Tiny enjoys a good game of tug of war, fetch and chase. He can be a little intense at times about toys so would do best in an adult home that will work on his manners. PAWS can provide some training pointers. Tiny does like other dogs and playtime.
