As much as we love Rascal, we were very glad to see him go! How could we possibly keep his sweetness all to ourselves? Our little man Rascal was ADOPTED today and was immediately ready to share some Rascal kisses with his Mom and Dad. Rascal will also be sharing his home with a doggy sister.
