Remember Cody, a gorgeous dog I posted about a few days ago? HE'S GOING HOME TODAY! I'm so happy for him. Cody is a sweet, loving, mellow dog and I would have scooped him up for myself if I could. He also sits like a frog, which is pretty entertaining.I stopped by the shelter last night to say goodbye, share some leftover chicken, and tell him how much I'd miss him. It's always happy and sad to say goodbye - happy because they've found their forever home, and sad because - well, I really, really love this dog! He didn't seem to be as interested in saying goodbye to me as he was in saying hello to the chicken. Oh, well. I'm still gonna miss him, even if he'll only miss my treats!
